We start with a conversation, in person (Kigali) or virtually. We talk about your vision, your brand, your audience, and what you want people to feel when they first encounter your business. Once we’re aligned, we formalise our agreement with a contract.

Once we start working together, we set our preferred channels and check-in rhythm so you’re never left wondering what’s happening or what comes next.

Before starting the design process, I gather references, mood boards, and inspiration that match your vision. I’ll invite you to a shared Pinterest board so we’re building in the same direction from the start.

Based on everything we’ve discussed and curated together, I design your brand assets and share them with you for feedback. The maximum number of revisions is 3. Additional revisions are charged separately.

Once we reach final approval, I deliver all your files in the formats you need for print and digital use. My support doesn’t end at handover, I remain available for any questions that come up along the way.
